TSF 1st Annual Turkey Shoot

May 16th – 19th TSF will be hosting our first Turkey Hunt up in Vermont!!! This weekend we will be getting together to enjoy the outside through a shared Turkey Hunt. It will be a time for working together to strengthen our bonds with nature, ourselves and our shared love of helping people.

 Each Day, we will spend the early morning chasing gobblers and due to Vermont’s hunting regulations, we can only hunt till 1200 each day, so that leaves plenty of time to put in some manual labor around the farm to help out the gracious owners who are allowing us to stay, hunt and enjoy it!

 We will be participating in physical fitness and understanding how physical health is directly related to mental health, so be ready to sweat and cry a little!

 The Nation Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) will be on site to educate us on the Wild Turkey and conservation efforts that we can directly help with in our everyday lives.

 Our Goal for this event is to establish our standard moving forward in TSF, to bring veterans and active duty together in the same space to share experiences and bring our current issues in the post-service and active service life.

 We at TSF feel that seeking our purpose is a key component in our everyday success as we move through this world with family and friends.
