Our Team

Jesse Cook

President/ Chairman

Retired CMC Jesse Cook, our President of the Twin Screws Foundation started life out in the great Northwest. He found his calling when a Nuclear-powered submarine came to visit his hometown when he was 12 years old. At 18, he was off to the Navy and the Submarine Force.

After 26 years of service and countless deployments in 3 different Communities, he hung up his big hat and needed a new purpose. After 2 years of searching and living with an ache of not finding a new one, he discovered he just needed to dust of his original of helping people be better versions of themselves. Just like a Chief of the Boat on a Submarine, he strives everyday to be there for anyone who needs that boost, those words of encouragement, or just an ear to bend.

Welcome to the Twin Screws Foundation.
